  Vendimi ishte marrë që në vitin 2013 edhe për shkak të konkurrencës së rrjeteve sociale dhe formave të tjera të chat-imit, por në Kinë ky shërbim ka vijuar të funksionojë. Tashmë, edhe në këtë pjesë të botës MSN do të mbyllet përfundimisht duke nisur nga 31 tetori.
