Copat polare të akullit të Antarktidës dhe Grenlandës tani janë duke u shkrirë tri herë më shpejt se në vitin 1990, thuhet sipas një studimi shokues të publikuar të enjten dhe bashkë-autor ka nga një shkencëtarët e Boulder.
Deri më sot, besohet se akulli i shkrirë ka shtuar vetëm rreth gjysmë inçi në nivelin e detit. Por ritmi i shpejtë i shkrirjes së akullit, veçanërisht në Grenlandë, tani ka shqetësuar shkencëtarët.
Hulumtimi i ri i botuar në revistën Science konstaton se Antarktida po shkrihet, por pika më të mëdha të shkrirjes së akullit vërehen në Grenlandë, të cilat mbulojnë pjesën më të madhe të ishullit, për ta bërë çështjen edhe më kritike.
Niveli i shkrirjes është rritur nga rreth 55 miliardë ton sa ishte në vitin 1990 në pothuajse 290 miliardë ton në vit kohëve të fundit, thuhet në bazë të studimit të Science.
"Greenlanda me të vërtetë është duke u shkrirë" tha bashkë-autori i studimit Ted Scambos, shkencëtar në Boulder National Snow and Ice Data Center, i cili është pjesë e Universitetit të Kolorados.

Security Score analizon dhe vlereson sigurine e sistemit tuaj kundrejt keqberesve.
Action Center ne Windows eshte projektuar per te njoftuar perdoruesin per te gjitha mesazhet e rendesishme qe lidhen me Sigurine dhe Mirembajtjen.
Ajo mbledh te gjitha mesazhet qe kane nevoje per vemendjen e perdoruesit dhe i tregon ato ne nje qoshe te vetme duke e bere me te lehte per perdoruesin per te mbajtur nje sy rreth gjendjes aktuale te sistemit.
Meqe nuk ka nje AntiVirus i cili eshte ne gjendje qe te zbuloj cdo virus atje ''jashte'', siguria e sistemit eshte nje problem i madh ne ditet e sotme. Fakti qe viruse te reja krijohen dita-dites, e ben te veshtire per perdoruesin per te marre mbrojtje te plote dhe ne qofte se, rastesisht, nje virus ka hyre ne sistemin tuaj, ai krijon nje rremuje te vertete.
Pra, si mund te percaktojme nese kompjuteri juaj eshte i sigurt i mjaftueshem?
OPSWAT’s Security Score eshte nje aplikacion qe skanon sistemin tuaj dhe tregon nje rezultat per cdo lloj mjeti sigurie dhe sherbimi qe ju keni.
Secili komponent vleresohet individualisht, dhe ku eshte e nevojshme, jepen sugjerime se si mund te permiresosh rezultatin e sigurise.
Skanon nivelin e sigurise te Firewall-it tuaj, kriptimin e Had Disk-ut, Backup, Sharing Public File, Antivirus, Anti-Phishing etj.
Kur hapni aplikacionin per here te pare, aplikacioni ju mirepret me nje pyetje: "What is your security score?"(Shqip: Cfare rezultati sigurie keni?).
Ne kete moment, tabela e rezultatit eshte e gjitha bosh me nje buton Start ne qender. Zgjidhni (Select) per te rene dakord me termat dhe kushtet siper dhe klikoni Start per te lejuar aplikacionin qe te analizoj sigurine e sistemit tuaj.
OPSWAT’s Security Score per momentin eshte ne beta, por funksionon shume mire si ne versionin 32-bit ashtu edhe ne 64-bit te Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 dhe Windows 8.
