Kena mar vendim ME NDRU SISTEMIN E MODERIMIT T`FORUMIT.

Per qka osht fjala:
Ma saktsisht fjalen e kom per moderatort e gjdo bordi psh n`odd burave osht kush osht, n`counter strike cs servers ETJ ETJ, pra per krejt moderatort e gjdo bordit.

Shembulli i moderimit te tanishem:
Kan ndodh plot raste kur 1 moderator pe mar shembull i bordit A (pe lojm qe A osht bord) u anku tu thon hej bre (WeapoN ose LongHorn ose war_ning etj) kqyre qat tipin n`bordin B po bon spam moderatort e B`s spo jon shum aktiv...

Zgjidhja (menyra e sistemit te moderimit te ri):
Kena pru vendimin me ndru qit sistem t`moderimit pra fjalen e kom mos me pas gjdo bord moderatorin e vet po mi hek komplet krejt moderatort qe jon neper borde edhe me kriju 1 rank t`ri me emrin MODERATOR, edhe mi bo antart ma aktiv moderator e mi ju jep aksese n`krejt forumin me modifiku poste me bo sticky etj etj me perjashtim mos me mujt me bo BAN pra ktu e kom fjalen mu bo vetem moderatort aktual ma aktiv qe jon e jo krejt moderatort e tanishem pra ata qe sjon aktiv me miratimin e kti vendimit kan mu hek.

Perfitimet:
Si perfundim kena shum perfitime e ato jon:
1. Intervenim instant (pra t`menjehershem) t`posteve qe jon spam, pa vler, ofenduse etj etj.
2. Nkit menyr ska nevoj me prit qe deri sa hin 1 moderator i bordit t`tcaktum e me mar masa per naj antar per deri sa osht naj moderator online edhe munet me kqyr (kutpohet moderatort duhen me kon aktiv).
3. Ju rina ma shpejt gati moderatorve se kush osht aktiv e kush jo n`kit menyr edhe munem me hek naj moderator qe sosht aktiv me najnjo qe e meriton ma shum, pra edhe forumi ec shum perpara.

Info Shtes:
Me miratimin e kti vendimit Global Moderatoreve do tju ndrohet emertimi ne Super Moderator, ndersa moderatort me sistemin e vjeter (pra moderatort vetem per 1 bord) do te mesin vetem pronart e CS Serverave qe i kan sub-forumet per serverat e tyre.

Poashtu pytni qka nuk keni t`kjart reth ksaj qka thash deri tash por 1 sen majeni n`men se kush qon pm te najkush i stafit HEY A BON MEM JEP MOD dine se kur smuneni me mar kshtu qe e juja osht me punu me kon aktiv e vazhdimin e bim na

Headshot Modes Version 1.3

The reason for blocking headshots for every one is due to newbies. I have seen some servers where its focused for noobs. So blocking headshots should give them a little more chance at understanding the game play while surviving more then 30 seconds.

Also allows server admins to set headshot only for training reasons.

Then for kicks and giggles i added a 4th value to allow all shots to count as headshots .. Could be interesting and extremely hard at the same time.

Tested in CZ. Should now work on all mods.
