Installation for HL1

For anticheat server should be installed AMX Mod X latest version
Copy ucp.amxx to directory addons/amxmodx/plugins/
To addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini add line ucp.amxx
Copy ucp.cmd to root mode directiry with liblist.gam
Copy banlist.txt, config.cfg, cvarlist.txt, detectlist.txt and filelist.txt to directory addons/amxmodx/configs/ucp/
Copy ucp.txt to directory addons/amxmodx/data/lang/
