Hi i say you how to change a password of vps
So:
Open a notepad and say this code:

@echo off

net user username password

echo you can add some message here 
pause

. Save this as filename.bat and select file type as all files.

4. Now the final thing is to send this file to your friend and he have to run this file.

And thats it you have successfully changed his password.
