that build is actualy low-mid one.
considering that you live in sweeden i think you could afford a better one lol.
But for Counter strike 1.6 it will suffice and you will get a constant 100fps even on smokes(but to be sure you have to give me the model of the gfx card).
If I would be you i would definitely consider buying a pc that has at least 3 cores, 4-8gb ram and most modern graphics cards have 1gb of vram i would prefer it to be GDDR5.
